At Zen 3D Builds, we custom-package and ship our physical prints and fabrication designs with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Because our catalog includes both ready-to-ship stock items and made-to-order custom projects, please review our specific fulfillment timelines below.

1. Fabrication & Processing Timelines

• Stock Retail Items: Orders for pre-fabricated, standard store stock items are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days.
• Custom Builds & Made-to-Order Projects: Because custom projects require dedicated 3D printing machine time, material preparation, and manual post-processing assembly, fabrication times vary. Most custom builds are completed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. Complex, multi-plate, or large-scale projects may require additional studio time, which will be communicated to you directly during the quoting phase.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Carrier Networks

We ship across the United States utilizing reliable carrier networks (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to deliver your builds safely.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once the carrier scans the package.
• Free Shipping Tier: We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling $50 or more before taxes and after any promotional discounts are applied.
• Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, a clean, flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery

The moment your physical build is securely boxed, labeled, and departs our studio, an automated email notification will be sent straight to your inbox. This message will contain your official carrier tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s transit progress in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier network to update the initial tracking status.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we control every variable during the design and printing phases inside the studio, we cannot control carrier transit delays, weather disruptions, or routing errors once a package leaves our hands.

• Zen 3D Builds is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen from a residential porch or mailbox.
• Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect packages or replace orders that are misdelivered due to an incorrect address string provided by the customer.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly crushed, broken, or broken apart by rough carrier handling, please document the damage immediately. Contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with high-resolution photos of the damaged shipping box and the broken item so we can immediately initiate an insurance claim and arrange a replacement fabrication run for you.
